Come to this playful yoga class!

Aerial yoga is practiced with a hammock that hangs from the ceiling. We will use the hammock to release and shift body energy while flowing through a traditional yoga sequence. This class starts and ends cocooned in a hammock while receiving light bodywork. Plan to play, release, and move. You will leave class with a smile on your face.

No experience required. Anyone at any yoga level welcome!

Aerial Melt with Cordelia/Michelle

Fridays 7:30-8:30 p.m. ~ Suite 247 ~ $20

Resting is vital to our success. Aerial Yoga is both playful & therapeutic. Taking Yogic postures off the ground and into the air is challenging & naturally intimidating. However, the structural relief from Yoga shapes that take flight, without compression on the joints, is empowering, and strategic for reversing patterns of stress, tension, and pain. Come to slow the mind, unwind the nervous system, & unravel the body.
In this Aerial Melt class we will explore being suspended in therapeutic restorative yoga postures for 10-15minutes each. Being suspended & assisted by the aerial hammock deliciously facilitates a deep re-set.

Ever had a shooting pain in your low back or legs? Suffer from stiffness in your neck & upper shoulders? Work at a computer or drive a lot?

Great for all levels of fitness, and acute/chronic pain

Aerial Fun Fitness Flow with Jessica

Saturdays 9:30-10:30 a.m. ~ Suite 247 ~ $20

Move your body because you WANT to not because you HAVE to! This 1 hour Aerial Class will move the body to build strength and flexibility. Move through yoga poses with the support of the hammock. Tap into that inner child! Challenge yourself or lay in, Savasana, but most of all have FUN!

Aerial for Every Body with Deb

Sundays 9:00-10:00 a.m. ~ Suite 247 ~ $20

Have you been curious about aerial yoga? Are you worried that you may be too old, have a few extra pounds, are too clumsy to do this? I assure you that you are not! This gentle float class will explore ways the hammock can support you to access yoga positions with greater ease. We will take time to explore pose modifications if needed for your body. This is a perfect class for someone who would like to increase strength and flexibility. This class is accessible for students who have joint replacements. The only prerequisite for this class is a willingness to laugh at yourself!
