Gentle Yoga for Self-Care


Join us Wednesdays from 3:45-4:45 p.m.

Are you in need of gentle self-care? More stillness in your life? Some me time? Come join me, in person* OR remotely via Zoom**, for a gentle yoga class for self-care! You will be guided through a relaxing, gentle yoga sequence with plenty of time to pause and release the stressors of these challenging times.

This class is taught by Michelle Eastman, who believes stillness creates space to heal, grow, & have fun. I am creating the space to help people create more ways for self-care. Please come join me in this journey of supporting each other.

* In-person space is limited. Please wear a mask&bring your own mat.
** Remote class via zoom will be at the same time, yet in the comfort of your home. You will need to sign-up/pay AT LEAST 24 hours in advance so you can be sent the zoom details.
